Online, we welcome trust & safety professionals, child protection NGOs, content moderators, researchers, policymakers, and others working to protect children online.

In-person attendance is limited and subject to approval. We recommend it for law enforcement, policymakers, tech professionals, analysts, and others working to combat digital crimes, including child sexual abuse, exploitation, and extremist content. This is an opportunity for knowledge-exchange and strategy-building across sectors.

The INHOPE Summit is an annual opportunity for industry stakeholders to get involved in the fight against CSAM. Cross-sector cooperation is essential to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse globally, effectively and sustainably. Connect with other industry leaders, government actors, law enforcement and from non-profit organisations across the world to exchange expertise and forge strategic partnerships.

To attend in person (October 14th & 15th) you will need to be able to travel to Washington D.C.

While we encourage everyone to register for the in-person event, due to limited capacity we recommend this specifically to industry, law enforcement and government officials with a safety forward approach to online communities, who want to learn more about CSAM and the impact they can have to combat it.

In-person registrations must be approved prior to October 4th (this is a firm cut-off for security purposes)
Online registrations must be approved prior to October 10th (unapproved registrants will not be able to join).

In-person registrations are limited to one per organisation and all registrants are subject to approval.

To ensure we can continue offering a high-quality event experience, we are introducing a modest participation fee for the INHOPE Summit 2025. We’ve worked hard to keep fees well below the industry average and offer reduced rates for nonprofit organisations and the public sector, as well as early bird discounts.

A limited number of sponsorship opportunities are available, which include complimentary attendance. INHOPE partners and member hotlines attend for free.

Virtual attendance for the INHOPE Summit 2025 is free, with an optional voluntary contribution to support INHOPE’s mission. Your donation helps us deliver a high-quality hybrid event, expand global access to expert sessions, and continue the fight against online child sexual abuse.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing to communications@inhope.org.

• Full refund available for cancellations made on or before September 10, 2025.
• 50% refund for cancellations made between September 11 and September 30, 2025.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after October 1, 2025 or in the case of non-attendance.
