Announcing the INHOPE Summit 2025

Save the Date! Our eighth annual INHOPE Summit is set for October 14-15, 2025. This year, we will focus on a critical emerging threat: the intersection between CSAM and broader criminal networks, exploring how these threats are becoming increasingly interconnected.

As criminal networks grow more sophisticated, understanding their links is crucial for effective intervention. Recent investigations reveal how these networks share tactics, infrastructure, and methodologies. Join us to uncover these connections and develop stronger, more effective responses.

Connected Crime, Collective Action

The challenge we face is evolving rapidly. Criminal networks are no longer operating in isolation – they're actively collaborating and learning from each other. We've seen how these networks systematically target vulnerable young people across multiple platforms. To distrupt them effectively, we must understand their connections and mode of operation.

Our primary objective will be to examine how criminal networks intersect and collaborate, emphasising that:

  • Different forms of digital crime are increasingly interconnected
  • Criminal networks share sophisticated recruitment and exploitation tactics
  • Intervention requires understanding these connections
  • Cross-sector collaboration is essential for effective response

Our secondary objective is to develop practical strategies for disrupting these criminal ecosystems:

  • How do different criminal networks collaborate and share resources?
  • What technologies and platforms are being exploited?
  • How can we better coordinate our response across sectors and borders?
  • What role can innovative technology play in detection and prevention?

What We Offer You

Attend this year's Summit to forge crucial partnerships with law enforcement, technology companies, NGOs, and other stakeholders fighting these interconnected threats. The summit will cover both understanding and action across two intensive days:

Day 1 (hybrid), October 14: Will focus on understanding how criminal networks interconnect and collaborate. Join us for expert presentations and discussions on mapping these connections and identifying critical intervention points.

Day 2 (in-person only), October 15: Will center around developing practical strategies for disrupting these criminal ecosystems through enhanced cooperation, innovative technology, and coordinated response frameworks.

Why Should I Join?

Understanding the interconnected nature of digital crimes is essential for crafting effective countermeasures. You'll hear from industry leaders, including Google, Resolver, Tether, Snap, Yubo, Thorn, and many more and get the chance to engage with experts across sectors to build a stronger, more coordinated response to these global challenges.

When Should I Register?

This year, a participation fee has been introduced to help us maintain the high standard of the INHOPE Summit for both in-person and virtual attendees. We encourage you to register early to take advantage of the Early-Bird Rate, available until three months before the event.

Whether you work in tech, law enforcement, government, or civil society, your voice matters. The more perspectives we bring to the table, the more knowledge we can exchange - and the stronger our collective response will be in tackling online child sexual exploitation and abuse.
