Network Expansion & Partnership Specialist
INHOPE is the leading global network combatting online child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Our network consists of 57 members in 53 countries that provide the public with a way to anonymously report illegal content online with a focus on CSAM. INHOPE's mission is to support and enhance the work of our member hotlines through technical tools, training & capacity building to work towards our vision of a digital world free of CSAM.
About the Role
As our Network Expansion & Partnership Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening and expanding INHOPE’s global network. You will manage relationships with existing and new hotlines and partners, coordinate network activities, and help onboard new members. You will connect with people from all over the world and bring structure to dynamic environments. You will work closely with the Executive Director and our small international team, take initiative, and explore ways to continuously improve INHOPE’s processes.
Responsibilities
- Assist and help maintain strong relationships with INHOPE members and (potential) partners around the world.
- Coordinate and support INHOPE member regional chapters and other community engagement activities where necessary.
- Support the organisation of key network events, such as our biannual Members’ Meeting and the annual INHOPE Summit.
- Provide operational and administrative support for membership and partnership management where necessary.
- Help create and maintain structures and tools that make processes and collaboration within the network easier and more effective.
- Build on INHOPE’s existing Country Assessment Framework.
- Research grant proposals related to network expansion.

Requirements
- A relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
- Fluent in English and Spanish (Dutch and/or French would be a plus)
- You must have the legal right to live and work in the Netherlands and must be able to travel freely within the European Union without restriction as there may be a limited amount of travel required in this role.
Desirable Experience
- Independent, reliable, and detail-oriented
- 0-2 years of work experience in a comparable work environment
- Experience within a NGO environment

Practicalities
- Hours per week: 37.5
- Start date: As soon as possible (to be agreed upon)
- Salary range: €2,800 – €3,480 gross per month, depending on experience
