Save The Children, Finland
Introduction
Since 2002 Save the Children has maintained an internet hotline
service called Nettivihje, where internet users can report their
encounters of illegal material on the internet. Last year 2010 Safer
Internet activities received 2324 tips, in which approximately 30%
contained child sexual abuse material.
According to Finnish law, material with content violating sexual
morality involving children, violence or animals, as well as footage
of brutal violence or material designed to agitate against a certain
group of people or race is considered illegal.
